Terms of use.

1. Who we are

Frencheezy is an online language school created by Jouana, a certified French teacher working online worldwide. You can reach us at contact@frencheezy.com.

2. Your account

• One account works on all three Frencheezy sites.
• Give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account is for one learner. A parent can manage accounts for their children.
• If you are under 18, ask a parent or guardian to agree to these terms with you. Children aged 5 to 12 learn on Frencheezy Kids, where a parent manages the account.

3. Courses, live classes and coaching

• Self-paced courses stay open for the period shown on the course page (lifetime access unless the page says otherwise).
• Live classes take place at the times shown in your calendar. If you miss one, we share the recording when there is one.
• Private coaching sessions can be moved for free up to 24 hours before they start.
• We may update a course to keep it accurate (for example when an exam format changes).

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and include everything you need for the course unless stated otherwise. At the moment we accept payment by PayPal only, and your course opens as soon as the payment goes through. Credit card payments are coming soon. Monthly plans renew each month until you cancel.

6. Using our materials

Videos, worksheets, tests and other materials belong to Frencheezy. They are for your own learning (or your family’s, for kids courses). Please do not share your login, resell, or post them publicly. Free workbooks can be printed for home and classroom use.

7. Behaviour in live classes and comments

Be kind and respectful. We may remove comments or end access for anyone who harasses others, shares inappropriate content or disrupts a class.

8. Certificates, level tests and exam estimates

Frencheezy certificates confirm that you completed a Frencheezy course. Level test results and score estimates help you choose a course. Neither is an official exam result (TEF, TCF, DELF or DALF), and we cannot guarantee a score on an official exam.

9. If something goes wrong

We work hard to keep the sites online and the content accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be available or error-free. If there is a problem, write to us first and we will try to fix it quickly. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

10. Changes and law

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and we tell account holders about important changes by email. These terms are governed by Moroccan law.
